Process of online reservation
Dear customer, the entire reservation procedure is done in a few simple steps.
- Specify the date of arrival and departure, time of arrival (if the time is not specified, the time will be billed automatically - 12:00) number of adults, number of children (up to 7 years).
- Will be presented with a list of categories of rooms available at the moment.
- Select a category of room and if necessary a special requirements for the accommodation.
- Fill in personal information.
- Read the rules of accommodation, refund and cancellation, and if you agree to the terms, put the corresponding "tick" (if you do not agree with the terms, the procedure will not continue).
- Choose the type of payment: payment on arrival or pay by credit card online.
- If you choose to pay by card, you will be redirected to continue the payment system for the commission payment:
- Then you will receive all necessary information for your booking at the e-mail ,Your personal data in Sec. 4. This email will contain a unique booking reference number, which you it is desirable to know ,when you arrive to the hotel.

Cancel online booking rooms
Dear customer, we ask you to inform us about the cancellation of reservation by any convenient way for you.
If you make a booking with an online payment by credit card, then in case of cancellation:
- to cancel earlier than 72 hours before the date of arrival, local hotel time, returned payment amount minus the actual costs incurred.
- to cancel less than 72 hours before the date of arrival, local hotel time, and in the case of no show, to the client returns the amount of payment net of expenses actually incurred in the amount of the one day.
